The key to creating valuable engagement opportunities is planning. This is how you’ll ensure you get the most value in your engagement— both for you and your participants. It’s also how you’re going to make well-informed decisions that align your methods to your questions, which helps you get the best outcome.
At the most basic level, an engagement plan covers the following three questions:
